Skinny Dip
Ingredients
2 cups Low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Low-fat mayonnaise
4 Green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 (10-ounce) package Frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
Raw cut vegetables
Preparation
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice, and garlic. Let stand 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Fold in spinach. Serve with cut raw vegetables, such as carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, celery, red, green yellow bell peppers, jicama or green beans.
