Fruit Slaw

Ingredients
1 Head of cabbage
1 can Shredded pineapple
1 Red apple, diced
2 tablespoons Oil
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Celery seeds
Preparation

1. Slice cabbage into thin pieces and put in a bowl.

2. Strain pineapple and add to the cabbage reserving the liquid. Add the apple and mix.

3. Put the liquid in a small bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients.

4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
